• Minus one floor : On the lower floor there is one bedroom (with a window) and a bathroom, and a garage for 2 cars.

• The villa is situated in a quiet area, 2 minutes walk to the X-Gran Sur shopping center with the Shopping Center, shops, restaurants and a Mercadona supermarket.

• Discounts for 3 and 4 week stays.

• In the summer season, the price is from 1900? in a week depending on occupancy.

The given prices are net prices - they do not include the mandatory 7% IGIC tax in the treasury zone of the Canary Islands archipelago.
