Level minus - 1 - The first floor consists of a garage for two vehicles + Apartment with two bedrooms and an independent bathroom.
On this level there is also a pool table and a ping pong table, a separate area for washing equipment + an electric dryer with a small food storage.
Floor 1 - On this level we will find a spacious living room with a living room intended as a dining room with a TV room, a lounge sofa, an open American-style kitchen equipped with all necessary modern electrical appliances.
From the living room there is an exit to the terrace with a swimming pool, and a table by the pool to celebrate meals in the open air. Pool loungers are part of the house equipment, a place for a barbecue with a grill.
In this part of the house you will find 2 bedrooms with two bathrooms.
Floor 2 - On the first floor, a spacious bedroom with an independent bathroom and a large terrace overlooking the Ocean.
Rental conditions:
- The rental price is from 650 ? -per night stay in Low-Season with a minimum rental period of 3 nights.
- Discounts for stays of 3 and 4 weeks. In addition to the basic price for the stay, the amount of 250 ? for final cleaning and a refundable guarantee deposit of 1000 ? .
- The cost of heating the pool (upon request) is 150? - week.
The prices are net prices - they do not include the 7% IGIC tax, which is obligatory in the tax zone of the Canary Islands archipelago.
If you want to obtain a tax invoice, 7% IGIC should be added to the price.
